The check-in process was frustrating because there only seemed to be one or two people working the front desk at peak times, making the line quite long. Also, the hallway noise was a bit annoying, and I could hear the traffic from the busy road nearby. One morning, the water pressure in the shower felt weak, and I was left with lukewarm water. It wasn't the most enjoyable start to the day. The overall atmosphere felt nice, with beautiful grounds and a cozy courtyard. However, the lack of attention during busy dining times really made a difference. I felt overlooked, especially when I saw others struggling to find a spot to sit during breakfast rush. The location is good, but it could be better managed for high visitor days.
